Kirncroft fire-rated anti-vandal steel window shutters are the original high-security window shutter solution for containers and modular buildings, now available with a fire rating.
Our fire-rated anti-vandal shutter is secure and fire-safe, with a 120-minute rating for Integrity (E) and Radiation (W) and a 30-minute rating for Insulation (I2).
Incorporating a fully galvanised steel construction, stainless steel hinges, ready-to-paint primer finish, stainless steel flush locking bolts, and high-density Rockwool FacadeRock 10 insulation.
Available with a range of glazing options, including double or single-glazed sliding aluminium units and double-glazed UPVC framed tilt-and-turn units with low-E glass.

Kirncroft anti-vandal shutters offer the optimum mix of high build quality, high material specification and high-quality hardware for an excellent price. Available from stock and suitable for container builds.
FULLY GALVANISED STEEL CONSTRUCTION.
The shutters are constructed using 1mm steel for the door skins, 2mm steel for the frame, 1mm steel for the door subframe, 10mm rebar reinforcement and an oversized 2mm profiled steel astragal.
LOCKING SYSTEM.
Four no. internally located flush bolts secure into reinforced sections in the shutter frame to give an easy-to-use and secure locking solution. In addition, integrated locking tabs mean that the shutter doors can be configured to lock tightly into the frame.
Insulation.
High-density Rockwool FacadeRock 10 insulation to the shutter doors and frame adds strength, rigidity, and a high-performance insulation value.
Two-year warranty.
We offer a two-year warranty as standard.
